1.1. These terms of use are intended to regulate the relations regarding the access and use of the website https://destinationworkplace.eu between “Destination Workplace” Ltd., on one hand, and the Users of the website, on the other hand.

1.2. By using the website https://destinationworkplace.eu, Users agree to these “Terms of Use of Website” and the “Privacy Policy”, which are posted in a prominent place and are accessible to any visitor.

3. CHARACTERISTICS OF THE WEBSITE Destinationworkplace.eu

3.1. Destinationworkplace.eu is a website that contains detailed information about the services provided by Destination Workplace, namely:

  • Consulting services in connection with permanent placement, temporary staffing, outplacement, recruitment processes outsourcing, corporate wellness programs;
  • Applying for open job positions;
  • Career counseling and coaching services.

3.2. Consulting services. Destination Workplace provides users with consulting services and solutions in recruitment and permanent placement, temporary staffing, outplacement, recruitment processes outsourcing, corporate wellness programs. These services are provided after signing a written contract between Destination Workplace and the respective User, which regulates all applicable conditions in connection with the selected service.

3.3. Applying for vacancies. Destinationworkplace.eu allows a User to apply for an open job position. By clicking on the “Jobs” button, the website automatically redirects the User to the Destination Workplace career page, where all open job positions are published and the User can submit his/her application and CV. The user decides which job position to apply to.

3.4. Career counseling and coaching services. Each User has the opportunity to schedule an initial free consultation provided by the Career Consultants of Destination Workplace. A Consultant selected by the User conducts the consultation. The consultation lasts 30 minutes. To schedule a consultation, the User should fill in the contact form on the website by entering the following information: 1) two names; 2) email address, 3) career consultant, which the User can select from a drop-down menu; 4) topic of the consultation, which the User can select from a drop-down menu. Within 72 hours from the submission of the request for free initial consultation, the respective Career Counselor will contact the User at the email address specified with the contact form. In case of obstacles for the selected Career Consultant to conduct the consultation, another available Consultant will contact the User to clarify the details of the consultation.

4. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

4.1. Destinationworkplace.eu provides Users with access to the services offered on the website only in accordance with the provisions of these Terms of Use and the applicable law. Destinationworkplace.eu reserves the right to change the scope of the services, the ways of their provision and the information content of the website, incl. to extend or restrict them, at any time, without the need to notify Users in advance of such actions.

4.2. Destinationworkplace.eu monitors the process of providing the service and when technical problems are identified, the necessary measures will be taken to eliminate the problems as soon as possible, depending on the technical specification of the specific problem.

4.3. Users undertake to use the website lawfully and in accordance with these Terms of Use. The User is responsible for all illegal actions committed by him/her in connection with the use of the website.

4.4. All actions of the Users contrary to the Terms of Use, as well as all actions that may or could result in violation of the website and the services provided through it, or of the activities of Destinationworkplace.eu in general, as well as actions that could lead to a violation of the rights and legitimate interests of Destinationworkplace.eu, will be deemed by Destinationworkplace.eu as a violation of these Terms of Use.

4.5. In case of violation of a provision of the current legislation or these Terms of use and / and in case of violation of the rights and legitimate interests of Destinationworkplace.eu, the Consultants or others third parties, Destinationworkplace.eu also has the right to:

  1. take legal action for prevention and / or cessation of the violation, committed by the User;
  2. notify the competent authorities, incl. to provide them with the data of the respective user available to Destinationworkplace.eu;
  3. notify the holders of affected rights and legal interests for identified violation, committed by User, incl. to provide them with the data of the respective User available to Destinationworkplace.eu;
  4. take other actions permitted by law at its own discretion.

4.6. In case of violation of these Terms of Use, Destinationworkplace.eu has the right to take immediate action against the respective User, provided for in these Terms of Use and the applicable law.

5. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

5.1. Destinationworkplace.eu is committed to ensuring the integrity of the information provided by Users that contain personal data. The processing of personal data in the platform is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy, prepared in accordance with the requirements of the General Regulation on Data Protection and the Personal Data Protection Act.

They are used on the personal device of the Users when visiting the platform. 7.1. Destination Workplace Ltd. with UIC 206226951, is the holder of all intellectual property rights over the website and its content, incl. program codes and software solutions, databases, text and graphic images and any other information stored on the servers of Destinationworkplace.eu, subject to copyright within the meaning of the Copyright and Related Rights Act.

7.2. The intellectual property rights on the platform and its content may not be reproduced, modified, transferred or used for any purpose without the prior written permission of Destination Workplace Ltd.

7.3. Any permission given on paper by the manager of Destination Workplace Ltd. or by another person authorized by him is considered a written permission. 12.3. The provisions of the current Bulgarian legislation shall apply to all issues not settled in these Terms of Use. All disputes concerning these Terms of Use, which the parties have failed to resolve by negotiation and mutual agreement, may be resolved by the competent court.

3. CHARACTERISTICS OF THE WEBSITE

3.1. On the website https://www.careers-page.com/destination-workplace-jobs are published all vacant job position a User could submit his/her application to. All job search services are free.

3.2. By clicking on the “Apply” button, the website loads a page where the User can find information about the vacant job position. On this page the User can submit his/her application for this position, refer another person for this position, share it through the social platforms “Facebook”, “Line ”,“ LinkedIn ”,“ Twitter ”,“ Whatsapp ”or send it by Email.

3.3. A User can submit his/her application for a vacant job position by pressing the “Apply” button. When applying for the respective job position, the User should fill in all mandatory fields marked with the sign “*”, namely: three names, email address and telephone number. In the “Resume” field the User should attach his/her CV.

3.4. A User can refer a third person to a vacant job position by clicking the “Refer” button. When referring a third person for a respective position, the User should fill in all mandatory fields marked with the “*”. In the “Resume” field, the User should attach the CV of the person who wishes to refer for the job position.

3.5. By clicking on the “Share” button, the User can share the vacant job position via the social platforms “Facebook”, “Line ”,“ LinkedIn ”,“ Twitter ”,“ Whatsapp” or can send it by Email.

3.6. The User decides by himself for which job position to send his application to or which job position to refer a third person, respectively, which job positions to share via the social platforms.

The relevant Employer (Client of Destination Workspace) makes the final decision to hire one person, as well as the conditions under which the person will be hired. Destination Workplace is not a party to this relationship and therefore, if you believe that the Employer does not comply with the agreed terms and / or his actions are not in accordance with the law, it is necessary to notify the competent state authorities in whose competences and powers is to carry out the relevant inspections and taking action against the Employer.
