I always knew that my career would be about helping people identify their needs and set them on the path to development.

As a consultant, I believe in an individual approach to each person. My practice has taught me that asking the right questions is the key to understanding each person’s needs, concerns and fears about their career development.

I prefer informal conversations because I believe it is in this environment that a person can truly be themselves, relax and openly share what is important to them. For me, success is not only measured by results, but by the ability to help, inspire and motivate people to achieve what they want and overcome challenges along the way.
